By accessing and using the Lexulio SpA platform (hereinafter "Lexulio" or "the platform"), with Tax ID 77.456.789-K and registered address at Av. Providencia 1234, Office 801, Providencia, Santiago, Chile, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use the platform.
Lexulio operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with real estate development projects in Chile. The platform facilitates collective investment in residential construction projects, allowing users to participate in investment opportunities that would otherwise require significantly larger amounts.
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in Chile. By registering, you declare that the information provided is truthful and complete.
Investments in real estate projects through crowdlending carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Lexulio does not guarantee returns or the recovery of invested capital. Each investor is responsible for evaluating the associated risks before making an investment decision.
All content on the platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, designs, software, and source code, is the property of Lexulio SpA or its licensors and is protected by Chile's intellectual property laws and international treaties. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
By using the platform, you agree to:
Lexulio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Lexulio's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Lexulio in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Lexulio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without justified cause, with prior notice when reasonably possible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile.
Lexulio may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
